I teach at a school that is in a U.S. territory. Am I eligible for an AP Summer Institute scholarship?

Teachers at schools located in the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are eligible for AP Fellows and AP Capstone fee waivers.
