I receive an error message when I try to download a TXT or PDF file from the new portal. How do I fix this?

 Try these troubleshooting steps:  

  1. Have your IT staff check that your institution does not have a firewall or network rules blocking WebSocket connections from the portal.
  2. Make sure no pop-up blockers are enabled on your browser for the site.
  3. Clear your cache on your browser.
