FAQ
How long does the reconsideration process take?
The length of the reconsideration process can vary based on the number of reconsideration requests under review and the case’s complexity. However, the Test Security Team strives to complete the reconsideration process within approximately 4–6 weeks. To prevent unnecessary delays, students should follow the established procedures for submitting a reconsideration request and provide all relevant documentation to support their request. By following the established procedures, students can ensure a fair and transparent review process and potentially have a chance to rectify any perceived discrepancies in the initial review.
A reconsideration may result in either a grant or a denial of the request, which means the particular component of the performance task will either be scored and released or receive a 0. The Test Security Team’s decision is final.
