How do I find my AP Participation Form?
This information is for AP coordinators:
After you complete the setup screens in AP Registration and Ordering, you’ll receive an email letting you know that your AP Participation Form has been generated and is ready for you to review and sign.
To ensure you receive the email notification about your AP Participation Form, add @docusign.net to your address book.
If you don’t get an email after completing the setup steps, go to Settings in AP Registration and Ordering to access your AP Participation Form.
